Insurance Company Active Directory Group Membership/File Access Reporting

Used Powershell and Excel used to reformat and list of all active and inactive group members across a large domain. This report was then combined with file server Access Control List to allow the compliance department to audit folder and file access for GDPR.

Construction Contractors Employee Check-in/out

Provided a simple web solution that allowed users to check in and check out of site on a computer, their phone or with a QR code. This simple application meant the fire marshals were aware of who was onsite but minimizing contact during the pandemic.

Construction Contractors File Usage Reporting

Used Powershell script and Excel reporting to identify data that needed to be archived. The report identified files not accessed in the last 5 years and sorted by size to allow the quickest gains by moving old data to slower storage and backups
